Jus22 Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide Using Our Platform

1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the jus22 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• You must be an individual with the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Malaysian law.
• You may not register or play on behalf of another person.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one jus22 account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be on an active self-exclusion list on any other gambling platform that shares a database with jus22.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address. jus22 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which may require you to submit a copy of your Malaysian identity card, a recent utility bill or other supporting documents.

Registrations using false information, another person's identity or an inactive phone number will result in the account being suspended or terminated immediately without prior notice. Any balance in such an account may also be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.

2 Account, Password & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your jus22 account login credentials secure. This includes your username, password, and any verification codes received via SMS or email.

• Never share your jus22 account password with anyone, including jus22 support staff. Our staff will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols, at least 8 characters long.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security via your account settings.
• Always log out of your jus22 account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact jus22 customer support immediately via live chat or email at support@jus22.best. jus22 is not liable for any losses arising from an account holder's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Jus22 reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account if any unusual or suspicious activity is detected, in order to protect your account security. In such cases, we will reach out to you via your registered phone number or email address for identity verification.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Jus22 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though deposits exceeding a certain threshold may require additional verification from the jus22 finance team.

For withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Accounts must complete identity verification (KYC) before the first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless specific approval has been granted by the jus22 finance team.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

Jus22 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and validity periods as stated in the specific terms of each promotion.

General terms that apply to all jus22 bonuses:

• Each player is entitled to each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without first fulfilling the specified rollover requirements.

5 Game Rules & Player Conduct

6 Account Suspension & Termination

Jus22 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate any player's account under the following circumstances:

1. The player is found to have provided false or misleading registration information.
2. The player is found to hold more than one jus22 account.
3. The player has violated any game rules or terms stated in this document.
4. The player is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
5. The player's account shows suspicious activity that requires further investigation.
6. Players under 21 years of age.

During a suspension or investigation period, access to the account and all transaction functions will be temporarily restricted. The account balance will be preserved unless there is evidence of fraud or serious violations. Players whose accounts have been suspended may contact support@jus22.best for clarification.

Players may also request to close their jus22 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 business hours. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be returned via the player's original payment method.

7 Responsible Gaming

Jus22 is not liable for:

• Gambling losses incurred by players while using the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond jus22's control, such as internet infrastructure issues, service providers or natural disasters.
• Unauthorized access to a player's account resulting from the player's own failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• Deposit or withdrawal processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
• Indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the jus22 platform.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the jus22 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts of Malaysia.
